Pursuant to 10th article of Law on Consumer Protection (NN nr 41/14), we inform you that a written complaint for dissatisfaction of contracted services can be filed thru:

Confirmation of receipt of the complaint you will be provided in writing.

The response to the complaint will be provided in writing no later than 15 days after the receipt of the written complaint.
