What to expect
Join us for an unforgettable private hike to Mount Srđ, where breathtaking views and rich history await. The adventure begins with a leisurely 15-minute walk through a serene forest, allowing us to get to know each other while immersing ourselves in nature. As we exit the forest, we’ll follow the scenic path of the Cross, moving at a comfortable pace while sharing fascinating stories about Dubrovnik’s history, culture, and landmarks.
The entire climb typically takes about an hour, with opportunities to pause and rest while enjoying stunning vistas of the Old Town, the sparkling Adriatic Sea, and the picturesque island of Lokrum.
Arrival at the Top
Upon reaching the summit of Srđ, we’ll celebrate our achievement with a group photo against the backdrop of the best views of Dubrovnik. We’ll then explore the cool interior of the Museum of the Homeland War, located within the historic Napoleon stone fortress, Imperial. Here, you’ll gain a unique perspective of the city, away from the usual tourist crowds at the cable car station.
First Part of Descent
After our visit to the fortress, we’ll begin our descent, taking a leisurely 30-minute stroll down to Bosanka. Here, we’ll enjoy a private outdoor space reserved exclusively for our group, where you can relax, savor delicious refreshments, and engage in lively conversation—all while taking in an uninterrupted view of the sunset.
Second and Final Part of the Descent
Continuing down the newly refurbished and illuminated path, we’ll make our way from Bosanka towards the port of the Old Town. This enchanting part of the hike is particularly magical after sunset, as the illuminated city walls and the beauty of Dubrovnik come to life. Look out for beautifully lit sailboats gliding in front of Lokrum as we conclude our adventure near the café “Bikers,” located by the southern entrance to the Old Town.
